You may have a number of reasons like, you don’t have enough money to take gym membership or Because of Covid-19 you want to stay away from Corona disease or you are just starting out, so you want to do it at the comfort of your home. If you have similar reasons like this then Working out from home is a better choice and Today I will share some workouts that you can do with no equipment at the comfort of your home, So let’s get started.

Before starting any workout, you have to make sure your body is flexible to move without getting injured. For that, you must warm up your body with neck, shoulder, wrist, joint movements, and leg stretching.

There are different ways to target different muscles of your body, you can do it with heavy weights, or with just your own body weight. But you can’t say this like you need a dumble for hitting shoulder or arm muscles. Heavy equipment definitely helps muscles to grow bigger and faster but this isn't the only way to do workouts.

Knee to elbow:

Stand straight, lift your left knee to the opposite elbow. Repeat this with opposite pairs.

Plank:

Plank is just a holding position where you tighten your core and stay in a pushup position as long as you can keep.

Wide Pushups:

It's slightly different from normal push-ups, you need to keep your hands wider from your shoulders and follow the same instructions as you do in push-ups. This will help you to build a bigger chest.

 

Diamond Pushups:

Keep your palms close to each other forming a diamond shape and do the pushups. I know it's slightly difficult to perform but when you're at your home then you can perform this workout with no equipment.

 

Is Workout From Home Really Helps To Gain Muscles?

This question is mostly searched on google and Today I want to share my thoughts on it. Men generally ask this question because we know that with minimal diet and cardio exercises we’re able to lose weight but there are fewer results shown on google which show muscle gain with workouts without equipment from home. I partially agree on the above thing because when you follow a diet to gain a healthy weight and you also follow muscle targeting workouts then it doesn’t matter if you are doing it from home or from anywhere else.
